RICK MASTERSON, Operations Manager
Rick Masterson serves as Operations Manager of WIN Waste Innovations. Rick joined the company in April of 2012 and has extensive experience in the waste and recycling industry. Before joining WIN Waste Innovations, Rick served in the United States Military where he served a tour of duty in Iraq. Rick spearheads our Military Give Back program and is directly responsible for the operations of the company.
LOUIS ZUK, Sales Supervisor
Louis “Lou” Zuk as a Sales Supervisor for WIN Waste Innovations. Lou graduated from New Albany High School in 2013. After graduating high school, Lou attended Walsh University to study marketing and played on the men’s lacrosse team. Lou graduated from Walsh University in the Spring of 2017 with his bachelor’s degree in marketing.
Lou spent time after graduation working for a national uniform provider. During his time in the uniform industry, he achieved Rookie Rep of the Region and was a consistent top performer ranking amongst the top performers for the entire region as well.
Lou’s primary function with WIN Waste Innovations is to provide the best customer service through a consultative approach. He will take the time to sit down with you and your staff to review the companies needs and help design the best setup for your waste hauling needs!
ANDREA HESS, Sales Account Manager
Andrea Hess serves as a Sales Account Manager of WIN Waste Innovations. Andrea is an experienced salesperson, marketing consultant, and client service specialist with an accounting background. Andrea is driven by client satisfaction, takes pride in providing personal attention to each client, and treats the client’s business as if it were her own. Andrea joined the team primarily because every representative working at WIN Waste Innovations has the same desire she does; to find the best, most efficient solution to every customer's needs.
jEFF HOOVER, Operations Supervisor
Jeff Hoover serves as the Operations Supervisor of WIN Waste Innovations. Jeff began his career with the team in 2017 and was involved with transporting solid-waste from our transfer station to the landfill. After gaining the experience and knowledge from more than ten years in the industry, he now oversees commercial and residential team members and the efficiency of routes.
KYLE VANDYKE, Maintenance Manager
Kyle VanDyke serves as the Maintenance Manager of WIN Waste Innovations. Before joining the team in July of 2017, Kyle obtained his Bachelor of Science in Applied Management degree from Ohio University and acquired countless hours in maintaining fleet equipment for heavy-duty applications. Kyle’s knowledge and experience do not end with trucks as he is known to be a “jack-of-all-trades”; wearing multiple hats and having the ability to think critically for any task at hand.
GARRETT CLARK, Operations Supervisor
Garrett Clark serves as the Operations Supervisor of WIN Waste Innovations. Garrett graduated from Lakewood High School in 2014 and joined the team in August of 2017. With his years of industry and heavy equipment experience, Garrett has learned the value of hard work, dedication, and the importance of safety. Garrett takes pride in assisting with applying these values into our team’s daily operations.
