Licking Memorial Health Systems (LMHS) has relied on WIN Waste Innovations for our waste hauling needs for over seven years. The service they have provided during this time has been exceptional, and their staff is remarkable.

In addition to general waste, WIN Waste Innovations manages our cardboard and recycling, and also provides construction waste containers that are often needed as we renovate our buildings. Their drivers are very attentive to our needs and make us aware when more frequent pickups might be beneficial, and also when a smaller container or less frequent pickups would be appropriate. Further, their focus on customer service was highlighted recently when we needed assistance on a Sunday afternoon, and they successfully responded to our need within an hour.

With 32 locations throughout the county, LMHS requires a partner that can keep up with our volumes and manage the frequent changes that come with the Healthcare Industry. We had used a separate waste hauling provider for several years and had never really thought about looking at other waste removal companies. Our main concern was the fear of the unknown, the transition process, and level of service we could expect.
